We offer a full range of professional services, including a fully-equipped workshop and computerised bike fit. Click down for all the info.
We service all makes and models of bicycles in our fully-equipped workshop. If you have any questions, or special requests, just ask!
Ride Safe. Ride Smooth.
Our workshop is a little bit different. Sure, we service pro teams. Sure, we can talk tech all day long. But we also understand that all that is beside the point. What matters is minimising time in the workshop and maximising your time on the road (or trails) and the quality of your ride.
It really depends on how much riding you are doing , but a good rule of thumb is at least once a year. If it's a new bike, you should bring it in after the first 10-30 days for a quick tune-up once it has been 'ridden-in'.
How long should my chain last?
Good question! It can vary depending on how often the chain has been cleaned/maintained, but, if looked after, a good road chain should last between 2000 - 3000km of riding.
How can I find out more?
You are welcome to drop by the workshop anytime and talk to the team - otherwise you can aways call or email (see details above). We also run a range of skills workshops - get in touch with the workshop team for all the details.

Joe is passionate about providing great service and helping people get into cycling.
So it's a good thing he's our customer service manager! Joe's heart lies in mountain biking and whether he's riding, wrenching, or simply supporting the next crop of youngsters getting into the sport - that love knows no bounds.
Andrew loves travelling the world with his downhill bike.
He's ridden world-cup level downhill courses though-out Austria, France, Switzerland, Norway and Canada. He is also involved with the building and management of the new Old Man's Valley trails at Hornsby. In other words, he's the sort of guy you want to talk to when looking at your next mountain bike.
Alice has spent over half her life riding and racing all things two wheeled.
A former top New Zealand track and road cyclist, she's now gone to the dark side, tearing up the tracks off-road. You'll find her singing aloud to the music in-store, or out leading Liv/giant social women's road and mountain bike rides. Not surprisingly, it's all about the coffee.
Frank is hard-core; from his undercut to his reluctance to ever touch a roadie, he bleeds MTB.
But he also has a soft, creative side - he likes to build trails you like to ride. He's travelled the world building trails, working as a tour guide and, well, riding his bike. He even worked as a professional trail builder in Cairns preparing the World Cup course. You're welcome.
Geoff is the go-to guy around the store and resident encyclopaedia.
With a wealth of industry experience his latest interests include coaching and performance - meaning the rest of us are already lining up for tips. He can also proudly claim to have toured by bike through North America, Europe and, wait for it, from Perth to Sydney (4800kms). When asked to describe how that trip was he simply said 'tough'.
For Danny riding is all about freedom and the mechanical efficiency of a bike.
So it is no surprise he is one of our senior mechanics! Also high on his list is 'that' feeling of conquering the hill faster than your mate and the hearty pub feed after a big ride. In the workshop he's affectionately know as 'MacGyver' for his ability to solve seemingly unsolvable mechanical problems. Outside he's know as the 'blur', racing up the M7 or M4 for gloating rights.
Dave's super fit and looks great on the bike - but he never much got into racing.
What he did get into, however, was being a darn good mechanic. As the other guys in the workshop will tell you, his attention to detail is legendary, as is his saying 'safety is never sexy'. Put them together and you'll be glad your bike is in his hands. He also wanted you to know he can play his guitar behind his head. Nice!
'Pocket Rocket' Caitlin is a top junior road racer turned super commuter.
An 80km daily commute - with a backpack - is business as usual as she juggles sports business administration studies with work and play. When Caitlin's not riding or selling bikes, she's building them; as handy on the tools as she is on two wheels. All powered by a super wattage grin.
A PDHPE teacher with a passion for the outdoors, Elle is our resident 'Tri Geek".
Whilst she's all about going aero, in the off-season she loves the freedom of a trail ride. You will find her post-ride with coffee in hand talking power and the latest way to gain 'free speed'. After representing Australia in the 70.3 distance she's decided her next challenge is to take on the Ironman distance in Roth, Germany. Why not?
Our leader and MD, Grant got into cycling when he decided to ride around the world.
He only got half way, but still got to ride the Raid Pyreneen and Mount Ventoux, as well as finding himself in the Middle East, Canada, then back in Sydney. Unfortunately, he now spends more time behind a desk than in the saddle, so don't be surprised if you see him at the back of the peloton.
Jordi is the store manager of Giant Sydney - and the driving force behind the team.
Originally from Holland, he now calls Sydney home, and can often be seen cycling down Anzac Pde on his way to the beach. Jordi keeps threatening to get into triathlon where his strong run and bike might just cause an upset or two!
Dave adds the colour to the store; that one-of-a-kind charisma.
He likes to ride for fun and fitness and told us it reminds him of his childhood - before cheekily adding that this may or may not have included escaping from the cops back on his trusty pushie. When not on the bike, you'll find Dave indulging his passion for the outdoors - fishing and boats.
