Joe, our customer service manager, is passionate about providing great service and helping people get into cycling - or 'bums on bikes' as he puts it. Joe's heart lies in mountain biking and whether he's riding, wrenching, or simply supporting the next crop of youngsters getting into the sport - that love knows no bounds. His 8 bikes includes:

Tristan's first racing bike was a Giant Cadex CFR2 - and it led him to big things. From NRS racing to the National champs - all the way to Workshop Manager at Giant Sydney. He has also coached over half a dozen Olympic triathletes and World Champions. Not bad. Our resident head mechanic, Tristan runs a tight ship. Feel free to drop by and put the team through their paces.

Lewis' love of bikes stems from racing and going really, really fast. Our resident roadie, he was blown away by the performance and pricing of Giant bikes and quickly got hooked. If he's not in the store you'll see him at Centennial Park, nudging the legal speed, or pushing off the front at the Heffron crits on his new Propel Advanced SL.

Andrew races both downhill and cross-country MTB and loves travelling the world with his downhill bike. Andrew has ridden world-cup level downhill courses though-out Austria, France, Switzerland, Norway and Canada. He was also heavily involved with the building and maintenance of the amazing new Old Man's Valley trails at Hornsby. In other words, he's the sort of guy you want to talk to when looking at your next mountain bike.

Geoff is the go-to guy around the store and resident encyclopaedia. With a wealth of industry experience his latest interests include coaching and performance - meaning the rest of us are already lining up for tips. He can also proudly claim to have toured by bike through North America, Europe and, wait for it, from Perth to Sydney (4800kms). When asked to describe how that trip was he simply said 'tough'.

Dave's super fit and looks great on the bike - but he never much got into racing. What he did get into, however, was being a darn good mechanic. As the other guys in the workshop will tell you, his attention to detail is legendary, as is his saying 'safety is never sexy'. Put them together and you'll be glad your bike is in his hands. He also wanted you to know he can play his guitar behind his head. Nice!

Jordi is the store manager of Giant Sydney - and the driving force behind the team. Originally from Holland, he now calls Sydney home, and can often be seen cycling down Anzac Pde on his way to the beach. Jordi keeps threatening to get into triathlon where his strong run and bike might just cause an upset or two!
