Giant Sydney is looking for a workshop assistant to start with negotiable timeframe. This is a full time role at our city retail location.

Responsibilities :

• Building complete bikes with "out of the box" builds
• Servicing customer bikes
• Managing customer relationship from sales through to after sales support

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in a bike shop - preferably one focused on high-end products
• Personable and great communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to see a task to the end
• Working in a high performance workshop environment amongst a team of others
